The Enterprise Rent-A-Car car hire branch is located just around the corner from Doha International Airport. Upon leaving the airport, you can simply follow the Ras Abu Abboud Expressway or take a route through the city that avoids the busy expressway. The journey distance is around 2 kilometres, so you may want to grab a shuttle or taxi to get you to your car or van hire in Doha International Airport.

From Doha International Airport, you can quickly access Salwa Road, which connects Doha to the western cities of Al Rayyan and Dukhan. Additionally, the Al Shamal Road is accessible from the airport, providing routes towards northern cities like Al Khor and further afield to other destinations in Qatar.

Additional driver fee — 100 QAR per agreement per driver. The maximum number of additional drivers permitted per rental is three. Rental conditions apply to all additional drivers.
The Airport location is open from 7 am to 12 midnight Sat to Thu and closed on public holidays and Fridays.
After Hours reservations received during working hours are attended by a Rental Agent at any time of day. After hours delivery charge is QAR 100 per delivery at airport counter.
Out of hours returns should be arranged at prior notice at the time of rental pickup or by contacting the rental branch during branch operating hours. After hours collection at airport counter charge is QAR 100 per collection at airport counter.
Minimum rental age — 21 years. There is no young driver's surcharge.
It is not permitted to cross the Qatar Border.
Please be advised that it is not permitted to take 4 x 4s off road.
Collision Damage Waiver limits the customers financial responsibility for loss or damage of the rental vehicle. The maximum excess that is payable in the event of one of these incidents ranges from 500.00 to 1000.00 QAR. The maximum excess will vary depending on the vehicle you are renting. Please ask at time of rental for further information on which excess applies. In the case of an accident a complete valid police report is mandatory and must be provided to location staff when reported.
Delivery and Collection is available on-request to customer location/residence at additional charge of QAR 200 within Doha city limits and QAR 400 outside Doha city limits (in excess of 25 km radius). A valid driving license, passport, credit card is required to be presented to our employee at the time of delivery and/or collection. One-way rentals are permitted within Qatar. A drop charge will be applicable and quoted at the time of reservation.
Vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned in the same condition. If the rented vehicle is returned with a less than a full tank of fuel there will be a service charge based on 25% of the refueling charge along with the refuelling charge at the market rate per litre.
Comprehensive insurance coverage is provided on all vehicles with the following limits of maximum liability of the insurance carrier
1. Own Damage: up to the insured value less the legal depreciation OR the market value whichever is the lesser at the accident date.
2. Third Party property damage: unlimited.
3. Third party bodily injury & or death: unlimited up to the Court Decision.
4. Personal accident to passengers or drivers: up to 200,000.00 QAR per person as per the PAB scale benefits defined
5. Towage charges: up to 350.00 QAR per accident for the insured vehicle.
ALL ABOVE are subject to accident occurring while the insured motor vehicle is being driven on paved streets or traffic intended roads within the state of Qatar as a result of
- Collision or overturning
- Fire occasioned by self-ignition or lightning
- Theft or attempted theft or burglary
- Malicious acts of other
- Fall or dispersal of objects
The normal insurance exclusions apply for accidents caused by – driving through a red traffic light/disobeying manual instructions of the police, driving under the influence of any substance, driving without valid driving license, self-induced accidents/attempted suicide and similar exclusions to insurance claims
All major credit cards are accepted - American Express/MasterCard/Visa. A credit card is always required for deposits. The deposit is held on the card until the vehicle is returned. The deposit required is 1500.00 QAR and is taken to cover any excess or refueling charges that may occur. Credit cards must be valid for a minimum of six months from the time that they are presented at the counter.
Roadside assistance is provided by the rental location. Roadside assistance is available 24-7 by calling the number displayed in the rental car windscreen sticker. This service is free of charge. Roadside Assistance includes mechanical assistance, towing, replacement car, lockouts, lost keys and pickups. This protection is subject to the terms and conditions of your rental contract and applicable laws.
Any valid driving licence acceptable apart from those with endorsements and penalties. Drivers must be in possession of a valid drivers licence held for at least 1 year. Visitors from UK, USA, France, Japan, Belgium, Holland, Switzerland, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Greece, Austria, Ireland, Spain, Norway, Turkey, Canada, Poland, Korea, Finland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand & Romania are allowed to drive in Qatar with their local valid driving license. Visitors from Korea, Japan, Turkey & Greece are requested to have a translation of their licenses approved by the Council/Embassy. An international driving permit is required for visitors from any other country. Qatar Driving License is required for renter's holding Qatar Residence Visa. Any visitor's on a work visa must ensure that they have the required residence visa and meet the previous requirement before they will be able to rent.
