Yes! When hiring with Enterprise, rewards can be earned for qualifying car hires with Enterprise in the United Kingdom. For more information on how to earn rewards or frequent flyer miles, please refer to our top FAQs below.
When will my miles post to my account?
Usually, miles will post to your account within 12 weeks after you have returned the vehicle. If you signed up for bonus miles, those could take up to 12 weeks after the end of the promotion to post to your account. If it has been over 12 weeks, and you still have not received your miles or points, please contact us so that we can review your account for you.
Am I able to request miles or point rewards after my car hire is completed?
Yes, you can request miles and points for up to 6 months after you have returned your vehicle. To request your points, please click here to fill out a credits request form. Once requested, please allow 4-6 weeks for your rewards to post
If I am missing my rewards, can Enterprise help me?
Yes! Click here to access our missing credits request form. After submitting your request, one of our Customer Service Representatives will review your information and submit it to our partner for processing. Once our Customer Service Representative submits the request, it can take 4-6 weeks for the rewards to post to your account.
What car hires might not qualify for rewards?
- Car hires using expired Promotional Codes
- Car hires where the Frequent Traveller Member ID does not match the name of the Primary Renter
- Car hires where the Frequent Traveller Member Number is not correct or valid for the programme requested
- Reservations booked via a third-party Travel Agency, Tour Company, or Online Travel Planner may not qualify
- Complimentary car hires do not qualify for mileage or point awards
- Car hires already submitted for credit through another rewards programme will not qualify
- Car hires with contracted rates, such as corporate clients, are not eligible for frequent traveller rewards
