In the event of accidental damage to your car hire vehicle, we use our damage evaluator to make sure you aren't charged for every little scratch. For example, you will not be charged for any bump or scratch on the body (excluding bumpers and mirrors) that is larger than the largest circle on our tool. For bumpers and mirrors, the entire tool represents the billing limit. If damage is caused to your car hire vehicle, please contact your car hire office or follow the instructions provided in the terms and conditions on the back of your rental agreement.
